I have logged on at least twenty times in the last several days and I have been disconnected in every. single. match. What the hell is going on?

Start here:

After that,
They are going to need a bit more info.
Connectivity can be caused by a number of issues.
A good place to start is with a bandwidth test, and their results. Make sure you check one that tests for packet loss as well as bandwidth.
Once that succeeds, check/list your ISP, then your Modem, and connections.
Check your router and it's connections.
Check your switch(es) and connections.
Switch from WiFi to LAN if you are using WiFi and check again.
List your NIC info. (1Gb/WiFi, built in to Motherboard, or an expansion card, PCI, PCI-E x4, brand, model, etc...)
List your driver for your NIC
List your operating system
List your Mass Effect 3 version.
Then list some specific times and connection issues.
Then Bioware and others will have enough info to assist you.
I can take a stab in the dark and guess that your local WiFi network is overwhelmed, you can try changing channels, use 1, 6 or 11 if you are in North America. Or you can try switching to the 5.4 Ghz band, if your hardware allows.
Blindly changing isn't great, but it's a place to start, there are ways to detect which channels are actively used in your area.
