I've already gone through at least 10 PSPs and still haven't recieved any of the new N7 Characters(Or any of the new weapons). I'm still getting weapon upgrades and characters/colors for things from two DLCs back.  Yet my friends don't nearly have as much stuff as me and have yet managed at least 2 of the N7 characters. Am I missing something here or is the store just a massive troll?

Worst part is, my friend got 2 of 3 I want(Shadow and Fury), and doesn't play them because he doesn't like playing Adept and Infiltrator.

It lies to me after every match telling me it has something, "New."
I can spend a million-and-a-half credits on Vet packs and not get new gear.
Yet, I'll buy six SPECTRE packs and get four ultra-rares.

Yeap got this evening 3 ultra-rares at row, first I bought SP= Saber III , then PSP= N7 Typhoon and now PSP= Indra

From the posts I've seen, it looks like once you get the Paladin, you are officially screwed and not going to get any new stuff. With my luck, That's the only new ANYTHING I got.

Yup, today I got a PSP and got Berserker Gear II and Black Widow I. Then I got a Spectre Pack and got Black Widow II, within 15 minutes of each other.

Kind of a theory but for me and almost all the people/firends I play with its the same, one friend spent almost 1 million on psp and only got the Paladin fully upgraded.

its stupid random, I had just the paladin for days then got two more, and maxed two of those before I saw another. Then this morning I got the slayer, and then again, then a PSP pack had him twice -.^

I just got the N7 Shadow Infiltrator

The default races need a revamp, the N7 is so much more fun.


Edit: friend is raging so much as he has terrible luck unlocking characters. I'm quite lucky.

yeah ive at least gotten 40+ spectres/pre and ive still dont have the slayer or paladin. really enjoying the others though. cant wait to see what the other two are like.

I have literally gotten 5 6 times as many Ultra Rares as I have new characters since the DLC was released. After nearly 20 PSPs I now have

Ultra Rares:
Saber IV (from Saber III)
Wraith IV (from Wraith III)
Talon I
Harrier I
Javelin I
EDIT: Paladin II (from Paladin I)

N7 Characters:
Shadow (once)

New Gear:
Barrage Upgrade II

New Weapon Mods:
SMG High Velocity Barrel III
SMG Stability Mod III
Pistol ULM I
AR Omni-Blade II

New Weapons:
Piranha IV

On the upside I finally got the last characters I needed from the last 2 DLCs.

Conversely, my friend who just got back into the game after a two month long break has gotten all of the new characters and the new weapons despite being an N7 >200

Got the Paladin in my first PSP since Earth.  Then I proceded to get the Shadow, Destroyer, Piranha, Pistol Crianial Trauma System, and Assualt Rifle Omni-Blade (one of each).  I reject your theory. 

I also managed to get the Black Widow 1, Harrier 1, Scorpion 1, and Indra I and II. So I agree with you Magicman.

I still want a Vorcha, any Vorcha.

I got the N7 Shadow and N7 Piranha on Tuesday when the DLC came out.

Few days later I got the N7 Paladin and N7 Typhoon.

Last night I got the N7 Destroyer, N7 Shadow again and N7 Piranha again.

Still waiting on a KroGuard though.

i already got the shadow, the demolisher, the fury and the slayer. still no destroyer. And I got like....18+ PSP's already. Sucks to be me....

As a consolation, at least I go the typhoon. Good lord....it's better than my revenant 2, mattock 9, phaeston 9, vindicator 9 and falcon 4 combined!!!!!

I have every N7 unlocked and for me it went in order, top to bottom. I did spend some money but not too much and otherwise grinded gold with friends for more PSPs. I'd say it took about 30 packs, 20 of them being matches not money... roughly I dont recall exact amounts.

I saw your manifest. You have a crapload of other stuff to unlock. Probabilistically, it makes a lot of sense that you haven't gotten a new character...Just keep buying packs. It'll happen eventually lol.

Dude, you don't have very many rares maxed at all, that would help your chances. Just keep buying packs man!

Hi. I was just looking through your manifest and found out that you don't have all your uncommons and rare weapons maxed out yet so maybe that is the problem.

I have all my common and uncommon maxed out. Most of my rare weapons are also maxed out except for the newer rares. It's only now that I'm getting the new N7 characters. So, my advice is, start playing and rake up those credits to max out your uncommons and rares. Once you get your weapons and uncommon characters out of the way, you will be unlocking the new N7 character in no time.

The RNG gods were smiling on me today. Got the Slayer, the only character I was missing, and the Talon, the only UR gun I was missing, in one PSP.
