EA customer service refuse to give commendation pack

Why wont EA customer support  give me my commendation pack. i qualify, i did 2 gold reaper runs last operation broadside yet they still refuse to give it to me one. 
. They said i have to wait for a week, when bioware issued all the commendation packs out
Why ? i've given up on customer support.

 Ithought contacting support would issue me my commendation pack?

I went through EA Support last Thursday for my Broadside Commendation pack. I would have missed my Eagle if I didn't, and the deadline is closing in so you need to hurry.

I would try EA Support again, and hope for a different representative.

When it starts, be short and sweet with your reason for contact:
"I have not yet received my commendation pack for operation broadside."
"I completed the squad objective twice on Saturday July 14th"
"The community has already received their commendation packs."

If they tell you to wait a week, be persistent and say the packs EXPIRE before then

thanks for the ideas. EA support is really aweful. There getting worst with every commendation pack that comes out.
I used to get my commendation pack the instant i message them.

Say what you will about EA, I love their customer support. So far they've given me all my missing commendation packs instantly, and if you email them, they give you a discount in their store, no matter what you're emailing them about.

 well this is what rubel told me this:
I have gone through your issue and found that you haven't got Commendation Pack for Operation BROADSIDE . I assure you my support to understand this matter.
Actually, this Commendation Pack for Operation BROADSIDE has been closed now. Therefore, you won't be able to get this promotion now. 
Basically, these promotions are on weekly basis and its exists for the promotional week only. Therefore, please wait for next weekly operation of Commendation Pack if you have missed the previous one. 
We appreciate your understandings in this matter.

No one. The commendations pack has expired. Whoever you contacted during the commendation pack period incompetent and you had to try again, hoping to get someone better at his job.

Also, never email. Use live chat in the Origin application. This process takes two minutes.

Happened to me as well on a previous occasion - just forget about it & complain earlier (Live Chat worls like a treat) if it happens again :-) .

That's hilarious.  It's like being in line at the grocery store at closing time, and instead of locking out any new customers, they just close the store and tell everyone in line to go home.  Would you expect/accept that response from anyone else?

Looks like you got an incompetent EA employee. Always use the live chat feature. I've never had any problems with these guys. Even if the advisor doesn't give you your commendation pack, you can just try again with another tech support guy. This doesn't work well with email because the correspondence takes too long.
