I have not been able to find any information on this topic and the searches on google and this site turn up nothing so I was wondering if it was even possible.

Is it also possible to add the DLC powers like Annilation Field into single-player for Shepard to use?

Modding is possible on the PC version so long as you do not use the mods on multiplayer. Though thats a non issue since i'm referring to main story.

Really? people where able to add Kasumi's outfit for Shpeard in ME2 and in ME3 people have added the DLC weapons to the main game unless it's different than adding a costume or hell just the character model itself.

Nope.

And even if it was a bannable offense you could just block ME3.exe on your firewall and Bioware would have to deal with it.

My bad, assumed you were on a console lol. Didn't know PC modding was legal.

Microsoft is real tight about people modding their stuff. It was one of the reason I ended up switching to PC because there were all these great mods and I could not use any of them.

ME3 doesn't work like ME2, they took out the command that loads the required packages.  So no outfits yet.

People were able to add weaons from the first DLC pack.  All the new ones are partially on Bioware's servers so they can't be modded in to SP anymore.

That is very sad, it's almost like Bioware doesn't want people modding their games.
