Black city in the Fade: Where exactly would be the best view point if there is any at all? I see floating "islands" that seem to have a tower on them but they are more than one and nothing that identifiable or remarkable.
Sten and the cake thing: Where does that happen? How is it triggered?
Some stuff I'm still missing in the game. Anyone knows?

Not sure about the fade thing. I can't say whether that's the black city or just other islands in the part of the fade you're in.
Cake and Sten happens at the epilogue. If he's alive and there, have your conversation with him, then click on him again.
