I'd say concussive shot is better. You can control the time of firing and the trajectory. For what it does, concussive shot is a pretty good power, great quick-fire staggering power. My main problem with it is that it shares a cooldown with adrenaline rush and marksman/proximity mine on the human and turian soldier respectively. So the power itself doesn't really have any problems, it's more a lack of synergy with the other skills of the classes that have it.Arppis wrote...

This reminds me of the entire Particle Rifle thing where there were people crowing about infinite ammo (same as the missile launcher) but most never tried it solo to get a feel of how it does on a character carrying a wave.

Even if we were to assume that he has somehow gotten his Missle Launcher to reliably hit his targets 100% of the time, it's embarassing that his killcount with it would be MORE than a Harrier's.

How does the ML kill more than the harrier? Because I think its a barefaced lie.
At lvl 1 the harrier does ~970 damage per second
The ML with power damage gear V and power amplifier III and all power damage increases available to the class does a whopping ~512 damage per 2.6 seconds. leveling out to under 250 per second.
So please explain to me how you kill more with your ML?

There are 2 problems with your description
i) Running out of ammo on BOTH guns without even bothering to go to the ammo box smacks of utterly poor forward planning. You cannot solo anything higher than bronze like that.
ii) All factions have cover busters and will not allow you to sit there quietly to shoot at them. They will come to you and engage you. Hunters, phantoms even husks. They also come in groups in a solo situation. Your 3.92 second refire rate for your missile launcher will not stagger them all and you will be forced to move (with empty weapons). Then you will die to multiple mooks firing at you

Well the Harrier suffers from a miniscul clip and to most enemies on gold it is just small enough to not finish them off. Then the ML fires a shot and kills that enemy, and then before i can even reload it fires another and kills a husk or at least knocks back a Cannibal allowing me to not get a grenade tossed behind my cover. So peak back out and fire some shots wounding some and killing a husk or 2. Follwed by anther ML shot that kills those that are wounded, staggers those that are advancing, or wounds those who are shooting. Repeat process. The Ml mops up everything that you cant seem to get AND it has no amm limit as well as being automatic and requiring no break in fire...while the Grenade runs low quick, misses down the middle, and takes longer to fire than the Harrier's reloadryanshowseason3 wrote...

So you are saying that your ML was your ONLY weapon for long stretches of time? Then you were carried. Possibilities include one or more of the following
i) You did not think ahead to replenish ammo when the group moved to the ammo box

iii) Your teammates used weapons with plenty of ammo while BOTH your weapons were low ammo types
iv) You were incapable of reaching the ammo box without the group
Then we have the interesting conclusion. You played 1 match like that and decided to CONTINUE having BOTH weapons as low ammo weapons.

BAREFACED LIE. Your ML will not fire another rocket before you can reload, fire and empty half of you harrier clip. The reload time of the harrier is 1.37 seconds. The recharge time til your next missile until after the next is 2.6 seconds.

Again, you are just implying you were carried and like to continue being carried since you feel the ML's value is high due to having infinite ammo which implies you will have many many more of such situations. Hence implying you like to continue getting carried.
If a person is carried regularly, of course any power is wonderful since you reply on others in the first place.
Funnily enough, you're also saying your group chose a location without access to an ammo box to camp which is in itself hilarious.
