not that it matters, as i've said, it's an ending. if someone completed the entire game on insanity and imported an ME2 char(for instance) why shouldn't he get the appropriate trophies? it's pretty obvious BW simply forgot to add trophy support to that ending.
i wonder if the 360 also doesn't award achievements on refusal. anyone know anything about that?

i don't get what you guys are saying, it's as much an ending as any other ending. whether you like it or not. furthermore, it does lead to the defeat of the Reapers, they're simply defeated in the next cycle(as revealed by that ending's stargazer scene).

Before the Extended Cut came out there were only ever three endings, which for you to unlock the trophies related to beating the game, either of the three endings must be initated by the player. Now that there is a fourth ending, Bioware have obviously not updated the criteria for these trophies unlocking to the newer ending, meaning you can only get them on the original (albeit different and expanded) endings. That's the most likely technical explanation for it, the other explanation being that it does not fulfil the aim of the game of stopping the reapers.

This is exactly what i said. i'm also almost certain that's the reason behind, and obviously it needs to be remedied.
As i've said, i really hope a dev will see this thread and shed light on the issue.
