Not on a good day, much less a bad one would I buy ME1 with ME3's gameplay...
Would you, right now, buy ME1 with ME3 gameplay?

A day where ME1 was re-released with updated gameplay would be a great day though.
So I'm uncertain what your post is trying to say.

Absolutely not. Bioware does not need to go all George Lucas and start changing things. Next you will know Fist will have shot first.

Graphics updated would be fine for ME, but the combat/gameplay from ME3 I would do without was what I meant.

Would I buy ME1 with better graphics? Absolutely. Would I buy ME1 with ME3's engine for the powers, skills, inventory, etc? Absolutely NOT.
I want a functional journal. I want my RPG-style skills. I want an actual inventory and for changing my squadmates' armor to be more than cosmetic. The inventory was horrible, yes. It could have been revamped. But getting rid of it, and getting rid of changing the squad's armor was a mistake--same as with Dragon Age 2.
If you play on console, ME3's play style is probably awesome. But, if you play on PC like I do, you're probably getting stuck to every bit of cover like it's coated in glue so you can't change cover or get away from enemies in time. I don't mind the gun and mod system at all. I loved some of the skills that were added, and the skill trees are all right. But sticking everything on one button for the PC was a ridiculous mistake. Same goes for simplifying armor to the point where changing armor doesn't really have much of an effect on defense, or, well, anything else either.
And add to that the fact that I miss crouching low to go everywhere in ME1, whether I was in cover or not. And yes, I did that a lot, because it made sense to do so when in a combat situation--it made Shepard a smaller target.
And I liked that skills in ME1 had an effect on how well you shot a gun, rather than relying solely on the player's skill. It might make it seem too hard or too easy to some, but the way I see it, due to wind and other factors, your gun probably isn't going to be perfectly accurate to start with. Your skill with the weapon in question would represent how you handle the environmental effects on that weapon in any given situation.
I liked the persuasion skill not relying solely on paragon/renegade points, but just using them as a bonus. It seems silly to me that being more paragon or renegade would make you more persuasive.
I really loved ME1 because of the exploration aspect of the gameplay. There wasn't much exploration of alien worlds at all in 2, and it got cut out entirely in 3. Yes, the Mako was a pain in the butt and you felt you HAD to drive around on every world, if you were like me. But rather than chop it out entirely or make it into DLC that was worse than the original experience, they should have improved it. If I had to replay ME1 without being able to drive around, and only got to shoot probes at planets, it would be a much more boring experience.
Don't get me wrong, I still loved the games, right up until the fiasco of an ending in ME3 that just manages to make it to "tolerable" with the Extended Cut. But for me, ME1 gameplay was great in a lot of areas, and instead of demolishing that system and remaking it in favor of dumbing it down as was done, it should have been tweaked and improved upon. ME3 was a massive improvement over ME2, but it still could have been better. At least we had a functional journal in ME1 and ME2.

Why would i want to buy ME1 with auto dialogues? Also some of the textures in me1 are better than in me3.

No!
Why not? Because I don't like heat clips, and found the overheating mechanics from ME1 a lot more fun and interresting. And yes, that's more or less the only reason.
If they only overhauled ME1's graphics engine, but left the rest as it originally was, I'd buy it without blinking though.

If it meant that there would be a PS3 release of the upgraded-graphics/gameplay version of ME1, then yes.

No way! The combat was one of the unique and defining features with the Mass Effect 1. To take such an unique and thought-out system away and replace it with the common(generic) system present in Mass Effect 3 and to worsen the game to such an extent is something I would never want to see or buy.

ME1 with thermal clips and no "80s sci-fi movie film grain effect"? No thanks.

I rather buy an Ultimate Edition like in Dragon Age Origin where all the DLCs are included.

Absolutely. Even if it's 60 bucks.

I missed the RPG of ME1 which is why that aspect is my favorite and it was pretty much gone by ME2 and 3. Conversations are so lame and limited by ME3. My romance was a joke in ME3. Gameplay was all battles and character interaction was terrible. Best interactions for fem shep were with Liara and even they were pretty lame. But for ME3 the weapons and graphics and overall look were better. Levels were lame. I like the way you level up in ME1 the best. And don't even get me started on how they throw in military effectiveness, which I didn't even understand. That doesn't even belong in a singleplayer game. So now I have to waste hours playing something I don't like to get my effectiveness up there. That was the biggest screw of them all. What they should have done was made it a bonus where it adds to your power but in no way costs you half of what you have in assets... like maybe it gives you a secret awesome ending where you see shep in a reaper free future as an admiral or on the council (you choose) and with shep's love interest from three maybe even with children.
I still like ME3 but the best of ME1 RPG is gone and replaced with pure action. Sorry but if I have a love interest that I worked hard to regain from ME1 after the destruction of it in ME2, I expect some conversations other than him sitting in a observation deck making a random comment to which I cannot even reply and then at the end saying not now or talk to me later. I wanted to shoot him out the airlock. There was so much from ME1 that was great that was gone in ME3, but there is a lot in ME3 that's good so I still like it minus the massive hate for the downturn in RPG, relationships, and the added screw you of forcing me to play something I don't want to play (that I have to keep playing to keep it up there percent wise) for the best ending. And MAKING ME PAY for the torture of it.

Yeah. That would be great.
ME1's combat system is unbearably bad.

If ME1 had ME3's gameplay i'd be all up in that shiz. Has the best story in the games by far.

Absolutely. ME1 is *almost* perfect - the mechanics are a chore on subsequent playthroughs.
Pipedream: a redux edition of the trilogy with consistent gameplay and where your choices matter. Which would ideally mean going back to the drawing board storywise from ME2 onwards.

*sighs* I dream of a version of ME1 with greatly improved graphics and gameplay so as to have the perfect version of ME1.
