i've been with bioware for a couple of years and i've noticed that the web pages haven't changed or been updated at all. i think a full overhaul is well over due!
as an example, i don't know if any bioware staff paid any attention to blizzard entertainments web pages back in the day... if so you've no doubt noticed the vast upgrade they've given all 3 of their websites.
biowares website feels.... old and bulky... and not always user friendly at times.
time to show the fans a new face of bioware! something slick and streamlined, elegant yet efficient!

BioWare has upgraded the BSN a few times since it opened. Many of the upgraded features make administration and moderation easier, so may not be immediately visible to regular users. The web team also has a long list of feature requests, bugs, and upgrades that they are very gradually making their way through.
