 So recently me and my wife got netflix and I was killing time on it, started getting into the x-men anime(english dub) and was like.....hey I know that voice everytime logan was talking, its steve blum! (grunt)

Was like coolbeans, i keep watching.....eventually im like....hey emma frost sounds offly familiar ......holy freak its liara!

How have I not heard about this before? SHINANIGANS!

Dude, you're like so late. Steve Blum has been voicing Wolverine for years. IMO, his Wolverine like Mark Hamill is Joker.

Are you referring to the old animated series?

The classic X-men series from the 90's wasn't anime. The most recent project however, which was created in Japan by Madhouse at the request of Marvel was.

It had a Japanese director, it was animated by Japanese staff, with character designs created in Japan but obviously based on classic Marvel characters. They first aired in Japan with Japanes speaking voice actors before being  dubbed into English.

Although in Japan doesn't anime refer to anything animated regardless of it's country of origin?

Steven Blum is a pretty big name in voice acting in general. He has over 400 credits.

Steve Blum is in everything. Sometimes I feel like a crazy person hearing him everywhere...and then a lot of times you don't know it's him because he's just that awesome.
