Here's a rather odd thing I noticed:

In Mass Effect 3, during your struggle to get to the beam, when you get shot by harbinger, any facial scarring you may have mysteriously shows up again.  I doubt it's because of how much damage you took from that beam because otherwise you probably would have been dead.  I DID get the scar removal kit during ME2 and used it in ME2 as well.  However, here's the odd thing; in another playthrough, when I came to the beam once again, there was absolutely NO trace of facial scarring whatsoever because I used the gibbed save editor to make the game believe I got the scar removal kit in ME2 and used it in 2 as well.  In both of my playthroughs, my alignment was roughly the same: Neutral, with half paragon and half renegade bars.

The big question is: Does facial scarring get bugged during endgame if you don't use the gibbed save editor?
