 Is it just me still getting them? I had heard that they were supposed to be replaced with lvl 4 ammo consumables but I have yet to ever receive one in place of a character card.

The switch is after you max out all appearance options for all characters, and commons still drop regardless

I keep getting Human engineers in PSPs even though it has been long since maxed out.

The common human character cards still show up, the uncommon and rare character cards are replaced by equipment if you have the appearances maxed.

Only gold rare characters are replaced with level IV consumables, when you unlock all appearance options for a character.

For some reason, I'll get a common character card in my rare slot in PSP packs sometimes.

The change makes it so if you receive the variable for a character card that you have max out, you will instead receive a lvl 4 consumable, however this does not apply to the common human classes

I still get commons, yeah. I guess they can't replace a common card with a rare. It would make sense for the commons to be replaced with common consumables though, I would have thought.

Personally, I like that I still get the common characters. I'm not really hurting for Rank 1 consumable equipment and I like that my freshly promoted classes can easily get to level 5 or 6 before I play them.
