Story was awesome, ability to customize (your weapons etc.) fantastic charcters, hard choices, streamlined scanning, awesome combat and great music.

Plus only ME3 has Diana Allers. Also Bioware finally gave us a journal that does not hold your hand. And they streamlined the dialogue, its not like anyone played the game for the dialogue anyways so its cool.

Mass effect 3 cannot be praised for characters bcause most of the characters who were any good were made in me1 and 2
The only exception for me is that i thought traynor was good, but apart from that, it heavily relied on the past casts of the games
