Ideas for possible classes in Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer

Adept: Prothean Avenger (all biotic power would be green) - Reverse Singularity, Dark Channel, Slam
Reverse Singulartiy would be a ball that resembles a Singularity field, but when thrown into a group of enimies it would pull everyone into its core extremly fast and do a lot of force damage.
Soldier: Salarian STG - Kodiak Rush, Hologram, Homing Grenade
Kodiak Rush would be a arial strike type move that when placed on target it would call the UT-47 Kodiak to fly by and shoot at where ever you placed the marker.
Engineer: Turian Strategist - Combat turret, Repair, Overload
Combat turret would place a turret that remembles the one placed by the Cerberus Combat Engineer but not as strong. You would only be able to place one at a time and when you wanted to move this turret you would have to retreave it moving it to the new location, decreasing your movement speed.
Repair would be a move the fixes tech automatons like the Sentry Turret, Combat Drone, and Combat Turret.
Sentinel: Volus medic ( Because of his size, the Volus has decreased Carring Capactiy) - Mend, Restore, Sheild
Mend would heal you allies and yourself
Restore could revive allies at a range, but would take longer
Sheild would be an ability that acted like Flamer it can only be on for a limited time but you can shut it off early, It would increase damage resistance when active.
Infiltrator: Drell assassin - Tacticle Cloak, Agility, Cryo Grenade
Agility would act like Marksman or Adrenaline Rush, when active you get increased movement speed at the cost of decreased damage reduction
Cryo Grenade, a grenade that explodes with an ice effect (obviously)
Vangaurd: Batarian Juggernaut - Biotic Fist, Orbital Pound, Propell
Biotic Fist would take the place of Biotic Charge. When used you would start to creat a biotic field over your right fist while charging another up in your left palm, then when full charged you would release the field in you left hand and bound toward you target pounding him in the face with your bioticly charged fist.
Orbital Pound would be a ground pound move that you charge in both hand then Donkey Kong style sham the ground and send enemies in range up extremely high.
Propell would act like a biotic grenade. You would create a messy ball of biotics in you hand then lob it anywhere you want seeing as it doesn't lock on to target or hom in on them, then when it exploded it would send all enemies away from it at high speed in a horizontal path.
I don't know if they are any good but we had a lot of fun coming up with them and believe they are worth thinking about.

But a Prothean would not work in MP since it goes against SP Lore.
There is only one prothean that is alive, that is Javik.
but there are possibilities with the other ones yeah.

Yeah I understand what you mean , I have been a fan of the Mass Effect series since the first game and I have always thought that it would be the coolest thing to play as one. The main focus of these ideas are the abilities anyway.

The geth options in the multiplayer also can cut against the lore established in the single-player game, given that killing all of the geth is a valid plot choice. I don't really disagree that the multiplayer options should track with the single-player, but given that we've already got geth and quarians operating side-by-side when the baseline choices involve killing one or the other, pooh-poohing Prothean class options because they contradict Javik's schtick as the last Prothean doesn't really work.

You make a fantastic point, if we throw that part of the lore to the wall why should we follow the rest of it perfectly?Juumanistra wrote...

Just want to point out that MP is supposed to be taking place prior to the ending of the SP game.... So having both Quarians and Geth is not breaking the lore. You have actual missions in SP that open up the MP maps, and Hackett always says something like "We'll keep sending strikes against the facility", etc... Which is where the multiplayer comes in.
Which is why your final choice for Quarians and Geth has no bearing on MP lore. Because Multiplayer takes place prior to the point where you wipe them out. And because the default choice is to save both, not choose one. There wouldn't be paragon/renegade options to allow both to be saved if one or the other had to die.
Protheans will never happen in MP. Many people would like them to, me included, but it isn't going to happen.
On topic, however: Most of these sound interesting. Not sure about Volus in combat, since they have the Turians to do that for them, but still an interesting concept.

As is a Quarian Sentinel with some kind of reinforced suit
I had ideas for Turian Test subject Biotics who had an ability called Biotic Amp. It increased weapon damage and applied a warp effect to shots that could detonate explosions. But it lowered clip size and reduced barriers.
Also: Krogan infiltrator, nuff said
