The change to the missle launcher is awful now. I clearly went through 4 out of 5 missles in seconds. You never know how good that recharge is until it is gone and I really miss it now. Thanks alot missle exploiters.

Nah. Honestly, I don't see any reason for it in a game of this type. I just don't see how a weapon or character being good gets in the way of anyone having a good time in a non-competitive game. To each his own I guess.

Why you want verything nerfed I like play with my destroyer and my N7 Piranha and all that good stuff, for you and your crappy friends we  can play platinum and gold with fun.

At least now we know where the Catalyst got his logic. "Synthetics might destroy organics! Oh no! I must build synthetics and order them to destroy organics to prevent that from happening!" seems in line with the logic of the balance team.

There is a reason, a very simple one. Fun.

Would you have fun if, with next week's balance change, Bioware gave us a new weapon that did enough damage to kill every enemy with one shot? Now after the first couple of times using it or being in matches with others using it, can you say with honesty that you would still be having fun?

Even a non-competitive game requires some semblance of challenge or the human mind will not enjoy it. By nature we are problem solvers and we lose interest in things once we have figured them out. This is scientific fact and a core reason why we enjoy games and diversions.

The new gear listed as uncommon is what is being refered to here.  I believe that there are four of them, though what they do escapes me.  They are not the weapon mods.

homing grenades do not need a decrese. have you played platinum and used them on a big boss? they barely do anything. they need to track better too. too many times they hit a cieling

Wow krysae took it to the balls...doesn't really matter to me because I didn't use it. It seems like bioware really hates grenade type guns...they all get nerfed heavily.

As for the typhoon...i hate seeing every new gun that rocks get nerfed a short time later, but does anyone honestly think a fully automatic mini-gun should have as much piercing as the javelin?? That was obviously a mistake...it still has the piercing of the black widow...hardly terrible.

Cobra change sounds awesome but I haven't tried yet.

All in all not a bad week....unless you loved the krysae that is. Personally, I think the sniper rifles in general need buffs...especially the javelin. By it's very definition (not being a projectile weapon but more of a water jet) it should ignore shield gate....thats the change I await eagerly.

Nope, its still good, but its not the WIN button it was before.  Damage will still take out mobs fairly quickly but you now have to account for recoil, which it now has.

Just got done using it in a silver match to get a feel for the changes and I approve of them.

Typhoon change has caused the Typhoon to be bugged now. I was on FBW Gold/Cerb and i began to fire my Typhoon when a phantom took me down. So i used medi-gel then when i got back up i could not stop my Typhoon from firing. I wasn't even pressing the trigger and the gun just kept emptying mag after mag until my reserves were all gone >.<

So as well as unnecessarily nerfing the krysae, you've also given the game a new typhoon bug. Thanks for taking the fun out of the game Bioware >,<

i ususly play U/U/G and last night in 8 hours i didn't get rio or vancouver once yet i got london and condor a cmobined 8 times. more then half my games on 2 maps and I think there are like 8-9 total maps. WTF randon location my ass

I don't play infil, and this nerf killed the weapon. Might as well delete it, along with the kishok, because there's literelly no reason to use either weapons now.

Guess not. First Spectre pack after the changes and I get a Level 4 Cryo ammo. Woopeee. May just as well stick to the Jumbo packs for essentials, since I'm more likely to get the level 4 ammo rather than any weapon or gear upgrade.

From a couple of people I've talked to, you'll get about 1 good weapon/gear upgrade for every 100 or so of level 4 ammo. Hardly worth the effort and credit expenditure. Yeah, I know, RNG - stuff it.
