Yeah, it's the second Krysae nerf! Apparently one nerf wasn't enough for all the "overpowered" cry-babies.
And this time they nerfed the crap out of the weapon. I mean:
Krysae Sniper Rifle
- Damage decreased from [476.0-595.0] to [429.0-548.0]
- Rate of fire decreased from [50] to [35]
- Recoil Increased from [5.0] to [10.0]
- Zoom Recoil Increased from [3.0] to [5.0]
- Total ammo dropped from [9-21] to [9-18]
Really? While you're at it, why not increase the encumbrance and take away the carnage effect, to make absolutely sure that nobody will ever touch the weapon again?
I really liked the weapon on my vorcha. I tried it yesterday after the balance changes were out. Mainly because of the decreased rate of fire, you are now quite helpless against some enemies.
Thanks for ruining a fine (and already nerfed) weapon, Bioware!
How about fixing some real problems like the Vanguard glitch???

The nerf seems a bit excessive indeed, but then again it was far to dominant before. I never used it because it was so powerful. That said, I think there should have been a middle ground here. It's suppose to be a good, rare weapon so it needs to keep some of its ompf! I'm sure they will buff it again a bit next balance round, hopefully mind a place inbetween. It's a cool weapon, but it was far to strong before, and it seems to weak now. Going to have to try it out some later today before I say anything for sure
