Per the topic, I'm wondering if there's a way to remove the EC from my game without having to delete and reinstall everything.
Is it possible to uninstall EC?

Not that I can see. You might try removing the files, but Origin might ask for them when you try to load a save game. The folder is called "E:\\Origin\\Mass Effect 3\\BIOGame\\DLC\\DLC_CON_END". Just replace E with wherever you have Mass Effect 3 installed. Delete the folder named "DLC_CON_END" and see what happens. I've never tested it before though.
