once. Finally completed it recently after having the game since release day. Stopped because of the glaring difference in player agency and became uninterested and bored having to sit through whole conversations without any input. Decided to force myself to the end because I liked the franchise.

Four full playthroughs and one almost finished, left hanging until I'm ready to play Leviathan on Insanity. Currently creating a trilogy replay of my main Shepard accounting for a few changed character traits - 2/3 through ME1 at the moment.

More to come. I still have three Shepards to import from ME2.
