5 times, 1 first play through, the rest I started while waiting for EC, saved right before raiding the Cerberus headquarters. When EC came out completed Priority Earth with all of all four of my Shepards, did all four endings, haven't played since.

Still play ME and ME2 in between new DA play throughs.

I never did another playthrough of ME1 and ME2 before starting ME3 so I've only finished them two games once. Now when ME3 came out, I finished it once before EC. After that, I started a new Shepard from the beginning of ME1 and finished that and ME2 and now halfway through my second ME3 playthrough.

Beat it twice before the EC, and 3 times after.  Of all of my ME3 runs, 2 are runs from ME2 on, and 3 are complete runs from ME to ME3.

I'm planing on doing NG+ for all 5 on insanity after some substaintial SP DLC is released.

2 times. Other was NG+. And I have played the EC once, although it was only the very end of the game. I'm in midle of a whole 1 to 3 play trough.

One playthrough. Why would I play another when nothing changes? IMO this game has NO replayability.

Three times. Once with a character specifically made for the Extended Cut, once with the EC after I had already tried it, and once with the original ending.
I probably would have another one if I hadn't gotten the Witcher 2. I ****ing love that game.

Gave up after that. Hell, I have a hard time trying to do a playthrough of ME1 or ME2. No friggin' point.

Twice. My first run-through and my insanity playthrough, but both of those were months ago pre-EC. And even after the EC, I still don't feel motivated enough to touch the singleplayer again... *sigh*

I've got a renedouche Shepard ready to be imported, but I just don't feel like it.
