Pre-EC: 2 times; 1 Synthesis, 1 Destroy; both pure Paragon.

Post-EC: 1 time; Destroy (same Shepard, second play-through); pure Paragon.

I have 2 other Shepards that have at least started the game.

i accually started my Ps3 a few min ago, thinking mabey i should load up arkham city
and just force myself to play it and i might start to enjoy it after a while.

i got to the loginscreen, stared at it for a while and turned the console of again 
 

You probably couldn't handle the awsomeness of Arkham City and threw up.

7 playthroughs so far.

I played twice before EC one and half after. Haven't finished the 4th one and not sure if or when I ever will. To compare, I played ME1 and ME2 over 20 times, though I saved maybe 8 or 9 to carry through the series and planned on playing a few one right after the other. Not going to happen.

2 time pre Ec Once post EC

2 times pre Ec haven't played since ( just multiplayer ) was expecting a more epic ending, Ec explained alot ( watched on you tube ) but still ending just didn't match the series as a whole

4 Pre EC but only one completed. Chose Destroy

2 post EC plus the other 3 I never finished pre EC. Chose Destroy 3 times. Refuse 1 time. Control 1 time. Synthesis will never be chosen.

Full playthroughs? only one with an engineer. Started a second shortly before EC, never got past mars.

Times I've played the ending, earth mission and the catalyst bs, twice. First pre EC, with the engineer, picked blue, was disappoint. Second post EC with the engineer again, refused the catalysts BS, died, along with, apparently, everyone I knew and loved, was disappoint.

Went to forums, raged, saw MrBTongue's videos, and wrote my own ending (see link).

EDIT:
Played through ME1, start to finish, close to a dozen times, with every class.
Played through ME2, start to finish, about the same, with every class, all playthroughs were continued from ME1.
My Engineer, my favorite character, continued into ME3.
Might run my adept through ME3 as well, but won't do Earth mission, will revert to my head canon ending (again, see link)

Once. Haven't downloaded the EC, much less played it. Femshep, Vanguard, Paragon. That is, unless you're counting the TRUE ending of the game (see sig), in which case no one has finished it yet.

I've only played it twice with my main Shepard. My second Shepard will most likely never see Mass Effect 3.

Three times pre EC. Loaded up one of my saves near end game to see the EC. Gearing up for a fourth playthrough now though.

Um, honest question here...was there a noticable difference between the Paragon and Renegade runs? There was a definate lack of dialogue choice and it didn't seem to be a wild difference between the two.

I feel ya, I really do. It took a long time for me to even want to game again. I actually went retro and got Neverwinter Nights of gog.com.  I would up gaming the hell out of that one. Try to go old school and see if that helps.

Don't let the auto-dialogue fool you. There are plenty of renegade choices to make you feel like a dick.

This. 

First time in the Mass Effect series that I actually felt evil playing as full renegade. Watching Samara die and killing her daughter, that made me want to shower. And the scene where I had to kill Wrex was a lot more epic than I had initially expected it to be.

After Anderson dies. Turn the game off. Make sure to turn it off before Hackett says the Crucible isn't firing. Much better end to the game.
