I've missed a weekend before and claimed a Victory Pack when it was over. It's a global thing. Commendation has to be met individually to acquire though.

I'm with the volus on this one, a "complete" Operation doesn't tell me whether it was a success or failure. When will we find out?

Yep, the whole community gets a victory pack if the op is a success, even if you've not logged in over the weekend I think.  If you didn't get it before it's probably been a mistake and you could have claimed it.  The commendation pack is the one that you only get if you complete the squad goal.  That's why the Victory pack rewards weren't as good before, before everyone moaned and demanded an UR

they need to tally up the results first and over three platforms it takes a while. just be patient, they'll let us know as soon as the results are in

Well... Is is just a ddb and two functions in a program. Can't say it "need" to be sorted". You imagine clercs with old books and quills taking notes ?

Seriously, it is the publication who take time. They don't give intel about the win or lose so we wait for their dlc and so we are more eager.

I am not expecting the results, I never receive the commendation pack anyway... always have to go to EA support ask for it... but this time looks like they will not grant manually.

You ALWAYS have to have feedback enabled to get your commendation/victory packs. That's nothing new.

No matter how much I make sure the the "Feedback Upload" is on everytime I play every ME3 operation I always end up getting no Commendation Pack. I always have to go to ea support just to assist me having my commendation pack.....

If they don't,they better have a good reason other than coming up with a false claim like their system is perfect or something.I'm one of those who had to contact support each and every time too,perhaps a result of not being in the US or major parts of Europe.We are like 2nd class players with such treatment.

Support is apparently able to determine if you have feedback on and whether you actually played during the event.Not too sure if they are able to tell if you actually completed the squad goal but even then,that is no excuse for Bioware/EA to do an incompetent job at handing them out.This is not something we can control on our end other than ensuring feedback is on and that we actually completed the squad goal.

Just like I suspected.Same as me.It seems most of the people having this issue are from our region.My guess is that the EA branches in Asia are not doing their job or they are lazy and only verify players from US and some countries in Europe while players in Asia go have to go through a manual process,case by case.I have seen some from other countries like Brazil having such an issue as well but it is mainly us Asians.

That's surprising to hear.I have always been under the impression that nobody in the US ever had this issue since none of those who came forward so far to talk about it are from there.
