I didn't get a pack one time and I'm really not surprised that some people get missed but its so quick and easy to contact them. It's actually.kind of cool just here's your pack no questions asked.

It is not always the same experience for all. Some including myself have been told by support staff on occassions to check back with them 72 hours later even though at least a day has already passed. Most staff however just get down to it.

More importantly, you only experienced one time. There are quite a number like me who have to do it EVERY SINGLE TIME.What gives?

Well... Is is just a ddb and two functions in a program. Can't say it "need" to be sorted". You imagine clercs with old books and quills taking notes ? :D

Seriously, it is the publication who take time. They don't give intel about the win or lose so we wait for their dlc and so we are more eager.

No it is a flawed design. They have no way to keep track of individual achivements, especially dynamic ones they invent on the spot.
The way they "track" it is by parsing all the logs after the weekend. And yes that takes loads of time and is more prone to errors then quick updating after every match..

Also, the Multiplayer part has to fit into a Single Player game framework.  it's a 'bolt-on' that's been far more popular than they could ever have imagined, so they're limited in what's possible.

yeah, i've always considered the MP in ME3 to be a POC for the feasiblity of a full MP game set in the ME universe.

You know how the Victory/Commendation (can't remember which) has an Earth DLC character in it? I have the fury, the demolisher, and the destroyer, so does that mean I can potentially get them in the pack to upgrade their appearance? Or will it definitely be one of the ones I don't have?

The operation broadside was 400,000 extractions and this is 800,000

I think bioware simply don't want to give us more free packs.

But this one was open to all challenge groups and partial extraction, the last one was for gold, and full squad extraction, massive difference.

I doubt it'll be guaranteed to be one you don't have.  Bioware isn't that kind.  I fully expect to be trolled considering I've gotten the Fury twice and the Destroyer thrice even though I still need the Demolisher, Shadow and Slayer.

Also this time it's 800k individual extractions with every squad member counting(so a full extraction with a team of 4 is a +4 towards the goal), last time it was 400k total regardless of squad size.

Edit: and we got almost a whole extra day to to complete the goal this time as well

Edit 2: Never mind, we were successful! http://social.biowar.../index/13430072 (I couldn't open/view the thread just now, but the title says it all)
