No.

For any squad to count towards the Squad goal, they must have at least one N7 character.
If they do or don't, however, each live individual who extracts will count towards the 800,000 extractions.

The squad has to have at least one earth character. If there is at least one Earth then ALL living squad members, Earth or not, count.

This is for the allied goal? So there has to be at least one earth character in each game for the extractions to count toward the allied goal?

I'm clearly not in the minority, since most Silver/Gold games I've played with PUGs result in full extractions.

And what nice things?

A sixth medigel, for example.

The victory pack offers nothing useful. If it was an n7 promotional weapon that would be a different story. 

If it was an N7 promotional weapon, I'd just have to carry scrubs like you through more games anyways while you die on Wave 10.

So no. I hope they never again do Victory Packs with N7 guns.

Only its not, because it doesn't offer any useful reward, a useful reward would be credit bonus, or an n7 promotional weapon in the victory pack.

Go to the forum overview, and click on the "BioWare" tag underneath of it.

Chris answered it, you will get a random rare card. For most of us--that's going to mean crummy ammo unless we can feasibly get Ultra Rares.

And right here is the problem with your attitude.

It's a game. You're not min/maxxing for the most "efficient" credit farming. If you want to do that, you might as well be playing a stock exchange simulator.

Don't waste everyones time extracting for an Equipment Pack.

Don't waste my time by joining my match and dying on wave 10.

Because quite bluntly, I will waste yours by soloing Wave 10 and 11.

Only you clealy are in the minority as the majority do not watse time on extraction, especial when its lengthened. 
The operation will fail, you will be forced to solo extraction and everyone will laugh at you.

I know he answered that, but I want to know for sure if it's just an ammo type. "Rare card" is kind of vague. I hope I'll get an ultra rare though...

So is the extension of the time supposed to help or make it harder? The longer the time the longer it takes to extract the longer you have to survive. I doubt most military organizations work that way. If you find an operational procedure causes casualties then you work to decrease those casualties not increase them or punish the troops for faulty ops planning. I really expected more from you guys I know you have former military on staff did anyone think about this?
