Some people like to finish missions. I think what the non-extractors do is great for them to farm more effeciently.  Makes sense. I just don't understand the parading around that a few non-extractors do. Like it's a thing to do or something. Such rebels.

Some people like to eat glass too.  Doesn't make it the smart thing to do.  Why would you not be efficient?  If the waves with endless enemies are your thing, then wave 10 is right up your alley.  And you get paid for it =)

Hahahahah very true indeed! But who am I to say anything about what they do with glass? What I'm asking about is the 'look at me, I don't extract' thing.

I think the smart thing to do is have fun with the game. For me that's getting through extraction. If that's akin to eating glass, then...well your analogy doesn't make much sense as a comparison but I see what you mean.

Lol yeah it was a stretch, but it was awfully fun having an excuse to type that.  It's analagous ala both are detrimental, inefficiet and should be avoided =)

Guess I don't have to worry about ever having to carry your scrub self then.

You seem to be understanding that scrub means good player that undstand the game and its reward system. No, scrub means horrible whiney players like yourself. Glad I could clear that up for you.

there is one problem for me i have all the characters at the max and thats including all the ones from the earth dlc. i would have been better with the med-gel increase.

Ditto.  Personally, I don't need a promise of a new character or credits or XP or anything to go for extraction.  I do it for the fun and the challenge of it.  So I'll be pitching in my part for that Allied challenge this weekend for all those folks who don't have an N7 class yet (with my N7 Shadow, Destroyer and Demolisher).

Not really.

A "scrub" is an underskilled player who believes they have the skill and ability to play with the big dogs, and acts accordingly.
I.e. they "talk the talk" but do not "walk the walk".

LOL the whole game is pretend. The only quitter is you in quitting the teams goal to earn credits, you'd rather waste the teams time doing pointless things. Winners win the most credits, so the only loser is you.

You will get a Rare card instead.

Please, please tell me it prioritises all other rare cards over equipment cards(ie. if one has all rares except gear items maxed, it gives a gear card and not equipment card[like the other store packs do in 99,9 times out of 100])

Why NOT go for extraction on a PUG?  If you want to speed run or farm, do it in a private game with friends.  I personally don't give a flying frac about the credits.  If you are having fun, the credits will come.  Just like real life.

The amount of people in this thread saying that they won't extract and that it's "pointless" annoys me. Are people saying, that for ONE weekend, you won't get an extraction to help us all out? Hell, it's an extraction on any difficulty, you can't play a few Silver or Bronze games to extraction to help out with the Community Goal? And if you're going to say "Well, I don't care about the victory pack!" there are people who do, and because you're being stubborn and a jerk, they won't get it.

Have they clarified what would you get if you have all new earth characters maxed? Otherwise it's just one normal match then back to plat farming.

They have verfied that victory packs have gone back to meaning nothing.
