Having real difficulty completing a game, so far dropped into Gold round 4 and made it to extraction but dont know if that counts. Was then disconnected before stats screen. Then disconnected from 2 Bronze games and a Silver. Maybe that is the real challenge, to actually complete a game on the servers!

Ok, I just finished 2 games following the conditions(Full extract, one N& character) but I didn't get the Commendation pack. I'll try agian, just the be sure.(And yes, Feedback to Bioware is turned on)

You get the rewards AFTER the Operation.

Just done it with my Batarian Soldier. The rest of my team was a Ex-Cerberus Vanguard, Krogan Vanguard and one of the earth characters (the soldier one).
Overall, a good game

How long is the extended extraction time? Is it a lot longer than the usually 2 minutes?

I'll be on doing my share as soon as my son goes to bed tonight. Then all night, all night Sunday and maybe Saturday night if I don't have any plans. Looks to be an easy operation this time around.

Not sure what the problem is- I always play random and sure, have some trouble on gold- but as long as you know what you are looking for (e.g. no N7 lvl 29 human vanguard) it works out pretty well. I get full extractions on like 90% of bronze and silver, propbably 70% of FBWGG. And I just random until I find a decent looking team- not that hard.


Also, unrelated- for this weekend event- will the commendation pack give you an Earth character that you don't alreayd have or will it do that bull*** thing where it gives you experience for a character you already own? Cuz that would suck.

The only trouble I have with certain players (I wont generalize by saying "randoms") is that they kick you over your N7 Rank which doesnt mean a damn thing, at all. Mine is sitting at 120 because I simply DONT WANT TO PROMOTE MY CHARACTERS.

That and they refuse to use any consumable equipment, specifically on Gold difficulty. Just because Platinum was added, thats no excuse to hold back on your Medigels/Missiles/whatever when you know it will help the team win the match.

Elitist epeen C behavior, any online game with an achievement, unlock or otherwise points accumulating system attracts them. It's funny too, because the people blocking others from participation over the assumption they're sh*t are more often then not the ones lacking in the skill-department. Logical enough I suppose seeing they're the ones thinking up bullC like booting people over a number, it doesn't speak well of their acquired intellect.

Think of it this way, you don't wanna play with them anyways. Just a shame there have to be that many of them ><

just got full extraction twice. 1 Silver with Destroyer, Fury and Shadow, in Gold With Engineer an Destroyer.

at first i don't have confident with engineer class. Turns out it can kill prime even not fast enough (for me)

and i always create failsafe to enemy in case i died. The time i die, the dtime the enemy will also die.

i cannot use N7 Fury and N7 Slayer if not play with local friends

Some players can fight through Gold with nothing more than their gear equipped (for example Warfighter Package). I have run through Gold recently with my N7 Destroyer and WP. Of course, your teammates must also have the kinks worked out.

Not my general experience.  I was part of 30 full extractions, all but one of them a PUG, during Operation Broadside.  About a 90% success rate.  Maybe since the vast majority were Bronze?  Maybe it has taken a turn for the worse the last few days...

I play with random, and got full extraction, on silver though.

And 2 times in gold with my local friends and 2 random also got 2 extraction too

I never saw the point in kicking people just for their N7 ranking, I'm sitting at 280 right now just because of this event, and been kicked out of 5-6 games now.. The gear I use, albeit, isn't "Great" (Phaeston 2, Stronghold 2 and Predator X) - mainly with my luck... I get consumables from packs - Lucky me. e.e
I think the only time I've ever kicked/help kicked someone was when they weren't even there and we were waiting for a match to start.. lol
