I'm from Australia and I'm trying to download shale through the game.
I have gone to downloadable content, the stone prisoner. Then I have entered my redemption code, but it says that I have entered an invalid code. I have tried various combinations in capitals and lower case, with and without dashes. I just can't get it to work.
Does anyone have any ideas for how I can get the code to work?

Although, package was opened because the shop takes the discs out to prevent shoplifting. I guess potentially someone could have taken the code... But it would have to be pretty bad luck.

Hmm not sure, might have to due with your location, did the dragon blood armor work?

The blood armour doesn't come up in the download list.

The download page on the main menu has 4 items for download.  Warden's keep, Stone prisoner, the edge, blood dragon armor.

I only have the keep and stone prisoner.

Did your code come on a piece of paper with the stone prisoner on one side and mass effect 2 (with pic of ME armor) dual use code for dragon blood armor on the other?

Well if you followed the directions and still no banana, then hope tech support sees your post. Otherwise try and message one of them, as they can tell you if the code is good or not.

Just a thought have you registered your game yet? Didn't know if that will do anything.

Yes, it did.

Just been to the X-Box 360 website and there are only those 2 downloads there.

Stone Prisoner is on the downloadable content page, but I can't redeem the code.
I've downloaded Warden's Keep using microsoft points.

Yeah, I know, but I thought I'd check what was on that site.

If your code isn't working then you should contact the store you bought your game at. If that doesn't work, try and contact an Admin of Tech Support that then should give you some leeway with whomever you bought the game from. I had this problem with FFXI, as my CD key was already used by a disgruntled former employee of the establishment.

I'm not quite sure about the other downloads. Perhaps it's a regional thing??
