Since Mac OS X Mountain Lion is coming out tomorrow, I wanted to know if the current version of DA:O works on it.

Update for those wondering: I contacted EA tech support, and a kind employee named Yogesh told me: "Matthew, the game will work on "Mountain Lion" OS." So I guess I'll upgrade!

The installer is not working properly in Mountain Lion. It always gets stuck on "installing file 11090 out of 11200"... i have the Ultimate Edition with all of the expansions. Is anyone experiencing something similar?

Blasted thing crashes every time I load a game since I installed Mountain Lion. I have to de-autherize every time I want to play or restore default setting to a poor visual quality. If anyone ones how to deal with this please let me know. It's extremely annoying.

Mountain Lion is so full of bugs from what I've heard, that I would never upgrade my actual Lion... since it's already buggy enough for my test. But all my games work fine with it.
Still, it's probably the buggiest Mac OS I ever had.
Before I try Mountain...
Wondering what's going on with Mac those days...
Success maybe? Money?

New major releases usually have bugs, this is the price of adding new and shiny features, and it was the same when Lion was released and Snow Leopard was old and stable. If you are not interested in the new features, it's a bad idea to upgrade now. Truth to be said, it is not always Apple's fault. Sometimes developers are slow to adapt to changes in the OS, even though they are documented and shown in preview releases.
If there are serious issues with Mountain Lion you will have to contact EA Support.
Some general things to try:
1) Re-install Dragon Age. Remember to de-authorize your game in the launcher first, and then delete all of the following folders: /Applications/Dragon Age/, ~/Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/, and ~/Library/Preferences/Dragon Age Origins Preferences/. The last one in particular contains DRM files and settings, and might cause trouble if corrupted.
2) Run Disk Utility and repair all permissions on your harddrive. Same thing, in case something got corrupted.
3) If re-installing Dragon Age itself does not work, either re-install Mountain Lion,
4) or install Dragon Age on a Snow Leopard or Lion system and then install Mountain Lion afterwards, or copy the relevant folders over to your Mountain Lion install (the same folders as in step 1).
