There is no secret room. OP has found a room, that we all have found in our games. It was rather a bit challenging for the OP to find that room, therefore he assumed that it was a secret room.

its not a huge room but it is there walk over past the gosip guys along the outside wall .go under

dock thing go up hill to your left direction walk onto dock .to your right there is a little ledge walk along it the room will be on the right.

Everytime i think i have found some secret room i open it and am mobbed by effing Mabari... or Spiders that repel from the ceiling like Sly Stallone in Cliffhanger.

That sounds like far too much effort for an empty room.

um.. no, game stops you from going under the dock on the 360
