- A Hardcore option will be added for all difficulties. It will remove
all targeting, the ammo counter, enemies will do 25% more damage, and
there will be an extra 25% added to Credit payouts. Successfully
completing all 10 Waves of a Hardcore difficulty will give all players
access to a Credit Lottery with jackpots between 100,000 Credits and
1,000,000 Credits. The jackpots will only be available for games
completed on Silver+ and above, with each higher difficulty awarding
greater chances at higher tier jackpots. Completing Gold+ or higher will
also reward players with a chance to win a Spectre Token that will be
used to purchase Master Spectre Packs.
- Master Spectre Packs will give out 3 Uncommons, 1 Rare, 1 Ultra Rare, and a chance for an Ultra Rare+
- Level Cap increased to 25.
-Players will now have the option to give their class one new power,
similar to New Game+. Powers that belong to your class will cost
1,000,000 credits (ie: Giving a soldier Concussive shot) and powers that
dont, will cost 3,000,000 credits(giving an Adept Incinerate)

You forgot to add a "Powers able to be remapped to different buttons."  The way it is now, there would be no way to use that extra power.

I gather the troll is a PC user, since on the PC the (4) is unbound. It's easy to forget those on other platforms don't have the same features, or luxuries such as BUTTONS
BUTTONS EVERYWHERE
ALL THE BUTTONS
...but I suppose that is the trade-off for using a more consistent, intuitive system.

I don't think Bioware would increase the ammo capacity for the Harrier by 150%. It would be nice, but the low ammo balances it out.

I was not aware consoles needed to be upgraded often?
You have your other generations, certainly, but the main boon for console is that producers know exactly what they're working with unlike computers: consistent.

To clarify, "consistent intuitive system" was referring to the console, not the computer.
