Morrigan has run off with Alistair and they currently live on a small farm. With four children, all of whom are apostates. No one in the area feels the need to complain, as they are all toads, charred corpses, or werewolves.
Leliana is currently stalking Taratihel and Zevran, who are touring the world as the highest paid and most infallible Antivan Crows to ever make a bid. Leliana is also making a killing selling fire insurance that no one has yet survived to collect, and uses the proceeds to add to her collection of pretty shoes.
Wynne has moved to Antiva City and is currently being pampered by a rich man with a huge... library.
Sten has imported a large number of elven cooks from Ferelden to Qunari. The invasion is currently on hold while the Cupcake Wars are being conducted.
Oghren and Felsi have opened a tavern where people come to drink, fight, and make love. Sometimes they even let customers in.
Shale has become an unofficial Templar and kills mages for a living, and birds for pleasure.
The mabari is busy improving the breed back in Denerim.
The Blackstone Irregulars are still irregular.
The Sundered demon is still annoyed that someone keeps reassembling him and then setting him on fire every year as an anniversary celebration. It wouldn't be so bad if the two elves wouldn't bring marsh mallows and chocolate....

1. I ran out of ideas for new varied characters to beat the game with.

Well my warden started frequenting the Pearl, but after a while has gone broke, I've sold everything I own and everything I've given to my part since meeting them to support my habit and I've used it all up at 20 silver a pop.
Unfortunately I over extended my credit at the pearl and I'm now over 1000 soveriegn in debt to the owners so I'm currently working that off as a personal pleasure facilitator here at the pearl in which I get 50 copper for every client. I can get that up to 1 silver for the clients wanting to have dog along.
