Error Codes
1005 - Extra unexpected files uploaded for this character.

1002 - No avatar image uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.

1003 - No portrait image uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.

those are the errors I receive. I realllly want to draw my character but I CANT because I cant see her thumbnail online!!

It's quite frustrating. Ive already played like 24 hours and I surely do NOT want to restart.

help? anyone?

It's really frustrating haha, I mean, really, I can't have ZERO characters and have like 10 trophies.

you're not alone, i've spent days on it and would love that luck ring or the profile to match my chars - but i've given up trying to get a thumbnail or any hope my chars will update, i'm enjoying the game anyway

Yeah I'm loving it too, Particularly the tidbit where im almost going to be invited into Leliana's tent.



Maybe Bioware will fix the problem after the holidays. I'm hoping for that.

Urgh... I know what you mean.. My character is level 16 now but the site still says he's level 14. Maybe it's affected by multiple saves? (that's what I do in case I do something stupid later)

I have the same problem... Iwas also trying to get a thumbnail of my two characters but it seems impossible...

I only have one character on my profile list but I have like 5 on my console...and it's not updating at all heh

this is also happening for 360 users as well... its not isolated to the ps3.

yep...add another one, it hasn't uploaded anything that 'I' can see on the social site. But I have had no error codes at all, just no characters.

i keep getting a timed out message recently and ive had nothing upload since i started playing it x.x

I have found that if you want the character image uploaded, then you must not mess with the portrait tab at all in the customization screen, but the gear won't be updated proparly. it will show the description of what you have on but the image will still show the clothing you wear when you start the game

i got the 1002 and 1003 errors as well



the faq says it needs ports 80, 443, and 18081, does it include inbound?

does it apply to PS3?



it's just a simple file upload right? why not just stick to the standard http port 80?

and not just that, the other issue is even when its uploaded the character's photo doesn't get attached or downloaded as well. such a pain ehhh

yup I've just found that the character piccy doesn't get uploaded, everything else was uploading fine, but not the photo - the actual bit I wanted grrrr.

I am finding myself rather annoyed with these error codes and "The Dragon Age servers are unavailable at this time" bs

I'm having problems with this feature too. I'm already on my second playthrough, and I can access absolutely nothing on either of my characters. The website has the names and files of both my characters, but there is nothing for me to look at. No stories, no achievements, and no pictures. I'm getting the 1002 and 1003 errors as well. I'm ready to give up on trying to figure out what's wrong and just continue playing the game. Wish I could have those online profiles though so I remember what choices I made with each character.

Same problem here, I've finished the game twice and nothing, so I'm tryin to start over, see if tht helps, but so far nothing... its kinda irritating

I've probably created about 13 characters with numerous playthroughs. I'll reach my 10 character limit and start deleting old characters and then create some new ones. I've only had one character upload a portrait picture. I get the error code 1003 for all of the rest. I get the error code 1002 for characters that I import into Awakening from DAO, I noticed that new characters that I create for DAO or Awakening, the avatars get uploaded, but never update.

i have the same issue with my main "first character" will it ever update? also do my chars full pic ever update so i can see their new armors and whatnot

I have the same issue. My story and trophies update, and the profile lists my correct equipment, but one of my chars is still wearing starter armor and the other won't show a pic at all. : (

I'm experiencing it the same way error, my character is already uploaded but there is no portrait as well as char picture, anyone can help me with these do i have to delete my save and then try to re update my system information...

On your DAO page under my games, hit Profile Anaylsis or whatever. Delete some characters or that character even. Go into your PS3 and load that character. Within a few days it should all be there. There are no saves uploaded to this site. Just pics, a few stats, and stuff like that. But there is a maximum number of each of those it'll take.

Example: Delete your DLC characters from say Darkspawn.

It takes a while to work out.

hate to bring an old convo back to life but I have had this problem recently and this only happens on the PC version of the game. The only thing that has changed is that I have the console enabled in order to use mod armor.
