Don't know if this belongs in Campaign discussion or here, so sorry if it's the wrong forum.

I'm at the last mission on Rannoch and I can't figure out how to make peace with the Geth and Quarians. I have near complete paragon, Tali is an admiral, I've saved Zal'korris and taken out the Geth fighter base. Legion is alive. Evidence was not revealed during Tali's loyalty mission in ME 2.

However, at the second dialogue choice after the death of the reaper the Paragon/renegade option does not appear at all.

If I understand correctly, the only reason this can be is because in ME2 I might not have been able to use the charm option in the Tali - Legion dispiute. In which case I'd have to restart the entire game With another character if I want both races alive - which I do. 

Does anyone know if there might be something else amiss I might have missed?
