Seem to be dropping at an increased rate for me too. Here's my drops:

Particle Rifle x 1
Cerberus Harrier x 2
Paladin x 1
Indra x 2
Black Widow x 2
Talon x 1

So 9 in just over a week, buying 2-3 PSPs each day.  Still no Typhoon though.

It's funny though. All the ultra rares I've gotten suck, or I don't even use. I'd rather prefer rare weapon upgrades over the URs I've gotten. RNG for you...

Okay, I got a lot of UR, buts thats just because I use rares most of the time. Piranha, claymore, hurricane...Basically the only UR I'm using this days is the Harrier. (I don't have a Typhoon yet).

Question:  Why would the ULM Pistol mod make Talon upgrades less desirable?  Once I get that Pistol ULM mod, I'm going to be slapping a Talon as a sidearm on every single character I play.  More Talon upgrades please!  (right after I get the Harrier, that is)

I saved 500,000, so bought 5 PSP's off the bat.  Got me a Saber, a N7 Fury, and my last Grenade Gear. 

I only play enough to a buy a PSP every other day. Maybe 2-3 a day on weekends.

I have had great luck since then, three Talons in just 5 or 6 packs. 

I play Adepts, so I'm pretty pleased with that.
