I played through once, fully, without having one single problem. All of a sudden, in my second play-through, my party starts moving like he's swimming in syrup. It's the strangest thing -- as if I toggled some sort of slo-mo mode on accident. Otherwise, everything (framerate, etc) seems to be totally fine. It's not choppy, just very slow! Any ideas how I could have gotten myself into this mess, or how I might get out of it? 

I checked, he's not walking (he's running). Also, it happens with old saves that were done before I noticed the problem, and with other characters I've played with.
