Its started this since i installed it, i can't restart (system wont ever log out or off.) And I can't control alt delete the game either, win 7 machine, so im stuck with this in memory, and if i need to restart, im left with one option I don't want to take, yank the power cord.

try pressing the power button for a second. it sometimes initiates a shutdown of the OS. but you'll probably end up yanking the cord.
