This isn't really tech support, but it's hardware related for any 360 Collector's edition owners. The discs in the box can be very hard to remove, and after several times nearly putting stress fractures in the discs, I moved it to a blank CD case. Just thought I'd throw out a warning to anyone with the Collector's edition case to make sure you take the discs out carefully; I suggest switching cases so it doesn't become a risk / hassle.

Tell me about it. I've seen a few posts from people that cracked or chipped their discs, put mine in slip cases.

just take a nail clipper to the little nubs at the end. It worked for me.

In my opinion the case saves me the trouble of snapping the disk myself. Thanks Bioware you thought of everything!

Ugh. Yes, the packaging leaves something to be desired. Like flexibility. I have also had a very hard time removing and replacing discs.
