Not a bug, it's just that both mods modify the same part of the SMG.

It's funny that both barrels on Shotgun work at same time thou.

I will back up the claim. Just tested it myself with a hurricane and phalanx and the cooldown was correct.

No, and it was confirmed very quickly. I'll see about making another 4 way spit ULM video for PC. I'm highly skeptical though.

+1 to Xbox confirmation.

Tested Hurricane 4 + Paladin 2 on Asari Adept (cooldown on stasis is long enough to hand time and get consistent results).

I also can confirm that you DONT need to re-equip between matches, as I tested it again (making sure it didnt just apply to that match).

I'm going to test with Tempest+Paladin next.

forget what I said about 2 matches

Test Overload on a level one GE, no passives or gear.

Hurricane with no ULM + Carnifex = 4 seconds
Hurricane with ULM + Carnifex = 4 Seconds
Hurricane with no ULM + Carnifex with ULM = 3.7 seconds (mine is low level)
Hurricane with ULM + Carnifex with ULM = 2.79 seconds (menu said 2.75 seconds, so human error accounts for the lost time)

So yes it works on PC

Another test with Tempest+Paladin worked as well.

Good find, and very interesting that ULM works WITH another ULM weapon but NOT by itself on SMGs... very very very strange.

Good find, I look forward to putting it to use, but it is odd that it works that way. maybe this will be helpful to the team for a proper ULM fix

While I'm compiling footage for a split screen I would like to tentatively confirm these findings for the PC using the Hornet X and Talon I.

This is... odd to say the least. Hopefully this will be one more bug put rest with the next major patch. Then again it was surprising that the SMGs solo weren't fix in the same update and Earth. They could always throw the fix into the general patch for when when the DLC stops being free in 2014.
