2. Hurricane without ULM and Pistol with ULM

Im processing the split screens now but it looks like if you have both ULMs on (SMG and Pistol) then you get the correct cool downs on both. You can go count frames in the OPs video in the mean time.

Pylon cooldown is around 9.5 seconds in game with Hurricane II and Paladin X, both with ULM. Just as powers screen shows it. W/o ULM on Hurricane it'd be almost 13 seconds — tested it in game as well.

Hurricane I & Paladin III, no passives and no gear:
First test - No ULM on either, normal cooldowns
Second test - ULM on Paladin only, slight cooldown reduction
Third test - ULM on both, very fast cooldowns. Fast enough that I stopped timing and just ran through my solo match out of joy.
It definitely works. I'll test it with other SMGs, too.

No need, the SMG ULM is -90% vs the Pistol ULM of -50%, that alone would make it clear (when timed) that it isnt working on the SMG.
I timed the Pistol ULM before by itself with an SMG and cooldowns only matched the Pistol ULM, and I've now timed it with all the methods you've listed and it CLEARLY somehow tweaks the SMG ULM into working. Dont know why.
I've been one of the strongest "SMG ULM DOESNT WORK!!!!" posters on the forums, and I had to test this MANY times (I've run at least 50 timed samples) to make sure it was true, and I can assure you it works.
Key is having BOTH SMG and Pistol ULM's equipped, because without the Pistol ULM the SMG ULM has no effect, as if it cant be recognized (clearly the Pistol ULM is triggering something or at least forcing the game to recognize the SMG ULM).
Either way its friggin awesome and has added some variety to a lot of my caster classes now.

SMG ULM is broken because it doesn't work IN GAME, even thought it shows changes on the menu.

That wont work. It only works if you ALSO equip a pistol WITH ULM AND A SMG WITH ULM for the smg ULM to work.palmof40sorrows wrote...
