Currently not. How about you go be a good sport and get a stopwatch and go test it for us. We've now had at least two PS3 people asking. At this point a video is reduant, just get a good stopwatch (or app) and set it up yourself. The longer refresh time an abilty has the easier it is to account for a bit of human error. You have a Demolisher.

Nothing scientific, but I saw a noticeable difference when I checked. For whatever dark voodoo black magic reason, combining the two ULMs seems to work.TMB903 wrote...

Hurricance II: no mods
reported Supply Pylon recharge: 13.76 sec
actual in-game recharge: 14 sec, 15 sec
Paladin III: ULM
Hurricane II: ULM
reported Supply Pylon recharge: 10.33 sec
actual in-game recharge: 10 sec, 11 sec
Paladin III: no mods
Hurricane II: ULM
reported Supply Pylon recharge: 12.81
actual in-game recharge: 19 sec, 19 sec
The actual recharge for the third trial matches the expected recharge for Paladin III + Hurricane II both with no mods: 18.56 sec.
So yup, works on the PS3 as well. What a weird, weird bug. Again, congrats to the OP for figuring this out.

remember, you have to equip ULM for both pistol & smgs at the same time for them to work
it seems that the pistol ULM equiped makes the smg ULM work as long as the pistol ULM is equiped too

As is, and congrats to OP for finding it, you have to "lose" one mod slot to make ULM work for both.
Maybe useful for casters, who rely less on weapons, but personally I'll still be carrying just one gun, or primary and pistol + pULM.

Did that, but using it on my Leng-a-Leng (slayer).
Honestly though, what you wrote reminded me of my favourite loadout in CoD4 (before the series really went crap).
MP5 and M9 pistol. Both 9mm ammo, so I wound up with more rounds for my MP5!
