it doesn't make very much sense why the two mods would conflict. Not being able to put both a High Velocity Barrel and a High Caliber Barrel or an Omni-Blade and a regular Bayonet on at the same time makes sense, but the ULM and Stabilty mod doesn't.
Except, according to the text of the stability mod IIRC, it works by adding weight to the gun, isn't that right? So it makes some kind of sense.
