Except they're not available for download there as Bioware removed them.  I've searched Google and these forums, but I cannot find where to download the other *.2da files (like iprp_ammocost.2da & others).  Could someone point me the right direction.  Suggestions?

EDIT: 2DAs from 1.69 werent available to download at bioware site at all. And the "2dasource" folder that appear after installation contains outdated 2da files as well.

Aren't they archived in the Game Install in a file called 2dasource.zip in the game's main folder? 

My bad - doesn't seem to have all of them in there and as Shad notes some are indeed outdated. Gotta love Bioware....
