As the title says.  My code finally went through here on Bioware's site- I think it even appears on my profile, woohoo!  However, I can still not get in to the game.  The EA pop up appears and, after I sign in, tells me that DA:O cannot be activated on the account I have provided (and yes, I am absolutely certain it's the same email address).  It tells me to locate my game key and type it in, but doing so prompts it to tell me that the game key has already been used to activate the game... which, yes, it has, but EA hasn't noticed that yet.

What do I do?  How do I get past this screen so I can download my DLC, or, even better, start playing?
