I'm tired of having to buy JEPs just to get medigel, especially since no other packs seem to ever want to give me any. I have more than enough rockets, spare thermal clips and Ops Packs - yet consistantly at 10 or fewer medigel because I never get them outside of JEPs.
Recruit, Veteran, Spectre Packs and PSPs should include the consumable you have the least of.
