I'm only maybe 30mins into the game and I keep having this issue whether I'm running everything on High or dropping everything down to low and turning off VSync and Frame Buffering.  I saw another thread that said something about adding -dx9 to the launcher .exe but that did nothing for me.

Basically the game will just randomly pause for about 5 seconds, screen will then go black for about 3 seconds, and then I'm back to where I was.  It's quite frustrating to say the least.  Running latest stable video drivers and have the following specs: C2D E8500 3.12GHz (not OC'd), 4GB, gtx285 1GB, 120gb SanDisk Extreme SSD.

The game is the Ultimate Edition I bought recently from Steam.  Thanks for any help!! 

[EDIT] After searching Google for a bit, I found that fully disabling any Antialiasing via NVidia Settings resolves the issue.  Hasn't happend yet for the past 20mins.
