[Tianth]

My preload finished for Dragon Age the night before its release. When I got home this evening, I tried to play DA and it said the game could not be run at the moment. Figuring this was a STEAM glitch, I restarted STEAM. When I came back, DA was at 0% and is still at 0% after 20 minutes of downloading at HORRIBLE rates. I've tried restarting my computer and I've tried restarting STEAM. (multiple times) All the Dragon Age files are on my computer in my Steamapps/common folder. Can anyone help?
