I usually have no clue about why I got kicked. Anytime it's actually happened I had a pretty reasonable build (as opposed to the javelin + falcon loadout I rocked a couple of times), nobody ever spoke up to explain why, so...

Edit: If you haven't checked out these videos, I highly recommend them. Just search search youtube for wowcrendor. Although I assume everyone who's a gamer has seen then by now. Some nice person might also post a link

Outscoring a team with the Eagle II without being on a caster class. They also informed me they reported me for cheating over the mic before they kicked me. I couldn't stop laughing for about 20 minutes.

In re: salarian engineers on FBWGG.

I got once asked to switch to salarian engineer when I tripped into FBWGG. It was a fair request, the person who asked was nice about it and I was the last person in the lobby and the other three were tech classes, but hardly necessary and I wasn't about to switch away from AA especially for the fact I could still interplay with tech bursts and keep hunter overruns from happening with stasis.

That is, until someone said something to the tune of "just switch to SE, nobody expects you to top the scoreboard anyway". So I did, and just ran around the camping room in front of the desks spamming ED like a mofo and headshotting mobs, making it a point to only use decoy when a player went down and on the objective waves. Now, at this point i needs be said I wasn't reviving (not that players were going down often, they weren't), but on the other hand I was drawing heavy fire away from the downed player and the person reviving them. I was also the only one doing objectives, which luckily was a hack, a disarm, and assassination in that order.

I topped the scoreboard with something like 130k. Back in the lobby, I got myself a nice, unceremonious insta-kick. That wasn't that funny or all that ridiculous (after all, they asked me to switch to SE expecting decoys and didn't get them), but on the other hand it just goes to show you how petty, inflexible, and foolish some players can be.

I think my funniest one was when I played my Melee GI, back before everything was nerfed to hell. It was on Silver AND on Glacier, so it was a guaranteed win basically.

I got two kick votes basically 5 seconds after joining. When I, out of pure curiosity and slight amusement) asked why they were going to kick me, one guy said "You're a sniper with a (BLEEPING) Scorpion!"
So I explained the build and told them to trust me, it'd be easy money.  So they let me stay and we start the match.

Now, normally when I played that build, I'd melt the first spawn in the early levels, and two spaws in the later levels, and then just casually walk around and fire some mines here and there, so nobody felt like I was hogging all the kills. But since I was trying to showcase the build. Obviously I outscored the number 2 by around 60 or 70K. I had 135ishK on Silver. After which I got kicked because "It's boring to play with you!"

I've only even been kicked one other time, which is when I was watching TV and didn't really pay too much attention to what I was doing, except that I did basically all the objectives by myself while the other 3 were busy killing mooks somewhere. And I got kicked because I scored like 30K less than #3. (like it's my fault that half the objectives in the game give zero xp.)

I played my first operation overwatch today. The first lobby I find is hydra reaper gold. I think it's a risk (glitchers) but I have my ninja I'll be fine playing matador to the brutes alone. I end up leading the match and they were glitcher of course. The only thing I didn't like was marauders are too fast with their melee attack. If they are not distracted I get it hit but I digress.

We get back into the lobby the host changes it to bronze and I see a nice red X. And I'm chuckling because they are worried I'm going to play another match with them much worse a bronze match.
