Not sure if this is the correct forum to post; I would appreciate directions if this is an inappropriate location.

Problem: My Dragon Age Origins/Awakening account does not show as being registered on my little picture here:

And attempts to register it (Ultimate edition) have failed.

More importantly, every time I try accessing the "Email us" or "Bioware game support" hyperlinks (under Help), my data is rejected. Each. Time.

I can understand an old game having issues, but why am I blocked from requesting assistance? It was registered prior to my registering Mass Effect 3, and I have all the DLC for DA:O/A and ME2....
