you know just because this is the most popular place to farm doesn't mean its the only one. I can think of three other locations just off the top of my head that would be just as easy to camp in. You nerf this one people will just find another place to Pitch there tents. Point is campers will still camp even if you take there favorite tent.
And why take it at all?
If people wanna farm, let them farm. What difference does it make to anyone else? For a fair number of casual players farming s pretty much the only way they can upgrade without real cash.
Thats my point. there not hurting anyone and there easy to avoid if you want to so what is the issue?

Bioware has shown they aren't scared of backlash... proof is Krysae nerf and trooper stomp.
Seriously... Geth just march in a straight line right at you... it's like playing Tower defense and you're the turret. Can you handle that? No? Wow.
Plus... no insta-kill unit. I guess they could make all Geth get the trooper stomp since most of them are trooper class units. Hunters and Pyros with trooper stomp... now you're talking Platinum difficulty.
Those features were already ingame as I said. One was activating the stomp on Gold/Platinum (which makes sense since they already did it on lower difficulties) and the other was adjusting some values. Takes less effort than coding in a new feature.
Anyway, you only farm if you want to. Personally, I often find myself on farming matches and when I do (unless it's a platinum match) I do whatever I please to have my own fun. I roam around the map killing things, not waiting in the farm room.
The thing is there are people who like to camp and there are others who don't. Why ruin the fun for those who like to camp, it's not like they are doing you any harm because it's not a competitive match. Let them have their own fun, while you have yours. Now, if you have fun ruining the others' enjoyment, then there's something wrong with you.

It is apparent that many of the posters either didn't fully read the OP, or need to change the batteries on their sarcasm detectors. I believe that Geth Primes should replace their pulse cannons with Javelins, which will have exactly as much cover penetration as ours do, but with the ability to ignore shield gate, since the geth obviously know how to engineer Geth weapons better than us
Not so. I would assume the javlins we have were ether stolen or reverse enjineered. There isnt anything to suggest that geth technology is beyond the understanding of other races so our javlins and theres should be the same. besides what makes the geth easy isnt there gear. Its how they move. There so slow you can easy pic em off wile there walking to you.
I actually think the geth are pplenty strong as is. there role in the multiplayer is as the easy army to take on for people that want a little challeng but not so much they get steamrollered in the first few waves. You want a challeng. play Reapers.

Seriously. It's been said a million times but I'll say it again: buffing them because of one setup you don't like (and don't have to play, if you didn't realize that) just makes them 10000000x more cheap on every other map that the farming strategy doesn't work with.

That's really what makes it so easy to farm, they all come from one direction.

This is a troll thread, right? You realize that a problem in one map that makes grinding credits a bit faster doesn't translate into Geth being *easy* by any means? They're cheap as hell and need no buffs whatsoever. In fact, they need some nerfs. They need to be fixed because they're cheap as all hell. There should be a small delay between lock on and fire for Rocket Troopers and Primes, Hunters shouldn't be able to fire when stasis'd/stunned/frozen, and the Prime's turret needs toned down bad.

^This. Geth are the hardest enemies in the game as it stands. I'd rather fight Reapers (who are only hard cuz of Magnet-Hand Banshees).

Hmm, well, if that were the case, then I figure the geth should be able to reverse engineer our cobras. I've died plenty of times with cobra missiles remaining, so they should've been able to pick 'em right up. I propose that geth should be able to fire cobra missiles at players, and just like ours, they should do their damage through walls and cover. That'll teach the farmers.

Fair enough. Should've figured that the fastest route between reading the title and venting your rage is to bypass the actual OP

Fair point. Does that mean they can steal are medi gel too? We already know that for some wierd reson it can heal them because it works on our geth. Just think of the shovk those damn campers would experience if the prime they just took down got up and started fighting again 30 seconds after they killed it.

Nah, the geth don't have pockets, so they can't really carry their medi-gel around with them. However, they SHOULD be able to revive each other, just like we can revive our geth teammates.
