100% of basic attack damage vs. enemies that attack in melee
I'm just not understanding the above ability. Can anyone help me out?
What Does Ichor (Ring) Actually Do?

You'll do your maximum base damage against enemy's who attack you melee style I.e: swords,fist, ect.
