I don't understand why we don't have an option to buy the characters, or weapons that we want with our hard earned points in mp.
I'm so tired of ending up with crap I don't want every time I buy a new one.
Please change this frustrating experience.
I Hate the random pack thing!!!

It won't be changed. BioWare is making money from this and they said so themselves.
If this is what funds our free MP DLC then I'm more than happy with this "random pack thing", and welcome the people that actually spend money on this.
Yes it can get more frustrating, but it's all the more incentive to continue playing.

I'm a bit frustrated too but I do understand that not being able to buy the characters, weapons, mods, etc. that we want is a clever strategy to keep die-hard ME fans (like me) continually playing the MP. This also serves another important function for EA & Bioware: reduces the total number of used ME3 game discs that are available because we have more reasons to continue to hold onto our game discs for a longer period of time,

It's bad game design. Good marketing design though, =\\

One question that I've yet to find an answer to is when the store pops up a "NEW" Indicator what category are the new item(s) located in?

makes you play more though.

It's a pain (I don't even have all the characters from the vanilla game!), but it funds our free DLC and makes "us" (me not that much) play more.

You know I think some folks forget that people who make video games don't only do it because it's a passion. They have bills to pay, just like the rest of us. From a business perspective the system makes sense and while I personally am not too fond of it, I realize that this is what allows us to get free MP expansions. Honestly, if this is what game companies have to do to continue to make games, then so be it.

I am extremely frustrated with the random store. I dont think that it "gives incentive to keep playing" as some people think. The frustration for me (as I keep getting lvl IV ammos and not gear nor URs) makes me want to play even less (which is what has slowly been happening for me).
